Some lenders report the loan to your credit report and some do NOT unless you are severely delinquent.

Majority of my lenders DO require a hard credit pull. I have a couple of lenders who pull a soft pull credit report.

Majority of lenders have short term rental DSCR loan programs. A few of my lenders can finance co-living or Padsplit type rental models.

I have some lenders with unlimited units

Each lender has a different max amount allowed. You can have an unlimited amount if you use a variety of lenders.
